This agreement is a legal agreement between the user and the Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China.
1.1 The ownership and operation rights of the China International College Students’ Innovation Competition (China College Students’ “Internet +” Entrepreneurship Competition) are vested in the Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China.
1.2 This agreement may be updated from time to time by the Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China. We don’t undertake the notification obligation. The notice, announcement, declaration or other similar content of this Website is part of this agreement.
2.1 This Website will provide updated comprehensive information on the China International College Students’ Innovation Competition (China College Students’ “Internet +” Entrepreneurship Competition).
2.2 This Website only provides related web services. Any equipment (such as personal computers, mobile phones and other devices connected to the internet or mobile web) and the required costs (such as charges for the access to the internet and mobile web) shall be borne by the users themselves.
3.1 Users who have completed the registration process and have passed the identity authentication will become formal users and will enjoy all the rights granted by this Website; users without the authentication can only enjoy part of the rights. This Website has the right to change the users' rights.

If the user finds any unauthorized use of the account or any other security issues, the user should immediately change the password and keep the account properly. If necessary, please inform this Website. This Website does not assume any responsibility for any illegal use of the account due to hacking or user’s negligence.
4.1 Users should comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, including but not limited to Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Safety Protection of Computer Information Systems, Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Copyright Disputes over Computer Network (Fashi [2004] No.1), Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Preserving Computer Network Security, Management Provisions on Electronic Bulletin Services in Internet, Management Provisions on Internet News Information Services, Measures for the Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright, Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Communicate Works to the Public over Information Networks and other relevant computer internet regulations and intellectual property laws, regulations and implementation methods.
4.2 Users are responsible for the contents they publish, upload or transmit. All users shall not publish, reprint or transmit any of the following information on any page of this Website, otherwise the Website has the right to dispose of this information without notice:
(1) Violate the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endanger national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage national honors and interests;
(4) Incite ethnic hostility and ethnic discrimination; undermine national unity;
(5) Violate national religious policies; propagate cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;

4.3 All information that the user promises to publish or upload on this Website (i.e., works that fall under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to text, pictures, music, movies, performances, audio and video products, computer programs, etc.) all have full intellectual property rights, or have been legally authorized by the relevant rights holders; if a user violates the provisions of this article and causes this Website to be claimed by a third party, the user shall fully compensate this Website for all costs caused (including but not limited to various compensation fees, litigation fees and other reasonable expenses incurred);
4.4 When the third party believes that the information published or uploaded by the user on this Website infringes on his or her rights and sends a notice of rights to this Website in accordance with the The Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Communicate Works to the Public over Information Networks or related laws, the user agrees that this Website may decide to delete the information at its own discretion. Unless the user submits written evidence to exclude the possibility of infringement, this Website will not automatically recover the above deleted information;
(1) The network service system must not be used for any illegal purpose;
(2) Comply with all network protocols, rules and procedures related to network services;
(3) It is not allowed to use this Website to conduct any activities that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(4) It is not allowed to use this Website to conduct any activities that may adversely affect this Website.
4.5 If the user violates any of the above provisions when using the network service, this Website has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to delete the content posted by the user, suspend or terminate the user's right to use the network service) to reduce the negative impact caused by the misconduct of the user.
5.1 This Website will not disclose to the public or provide a third party with the registration information and the non-public information stored in this Website when users are using the network services, except in the following situations:
(1) obtain users’ explicit and prior authorization;
(2) keep in accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
(3) follow the requests of the government authorities concerned;
(4) safeguard the public interests.
5.2 This Website owns the right to analyze and utilize the entire user database under the condition that the privacy of users is not compromised.
6.1 The Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China makes no warranty as to the timeliness, safety, and accuracy of the network services, and does not guarantee that the network services shall meet all the requirements of users or will not get interrupted.
6.2 The Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the external links provided for the convenience of users, and does not take any responsibility for the content of the linked web pages.
6.3 The Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China does not take any responsibility for the loss caused by the telecommunication system or Internet failure, computer breakdown or virus, the damage or loss of information, the problem of computer system or any other force majeure causes, but will try to minimize the loss and influence users may suffer and experience.
7.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the PRC.
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mutual and amiable negotiation among parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for resolution in accordance with the arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
8.1 If any provision of this agreement by any reason becomes partially or fully invalid or unenforceable, or violates any applicable law, then it shall be deleted, but the unaffected provisions shall remain effective and binding.
8.2 The Center for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P. R. China reserves the right to interpret and amend this agreement to the fullest extent allowed by laws.
